Beam Sentinel is a laser-door warning panel and exposure-logging tool operated by Jupiter Electronics (Naardenská 13, Prague, Czech Republic). This notice explains what we collect.
When a kiosk is paired to an organization, it syncs the records you create — laser, operator, wavelength and exposure times — to your organization's account so administrators can review and export them. Hardware interlock modules report their IP address and MAC address so they appear in your device map. This data belongs to your organization and is used to provide the service.
Each time a Beam Sentinel kiosk page is opened — including anonymous / unregistered use — we log a small analytics event to understand adoption and improve the product. It contains:
Our lawful basis is legitimate interest (product analytics and understanding who uses the tool). IP-based location and organisation are approximate. We do not use GPS and do not sell this data.
